In the bath at Bethesda, a bathing place with healing properties, Christ orders a paralysed man to take up his bed and walk. The man does so and is immediately healed (John 5:1-5). In the background, the angel Raphael can be seen stirring and blessing the waters of the bath. The print has a Latin caption; it is part of a series on the life of Christ.
