This plaque, engraved by Czech sculptor Stanislas Sucharda, is a tribute to the city of Prague and the Vltava River. Sucharda emphasised his love for the city through the added lines of verse: "Your tears were more numerous than mine, sister. / There was more pressure than these that a stone can resist. / Assassins wanted to skin thee but only made thee stronger. / Straighten thy head Prague, to thee is the victory." The plaque depicts a young woman in a long robe surrounded by plants. She wears a wreath with a medal on her head and the coat of arms of Prague on her chest. A naked woman clings to her and looks up at her. In the distance, you can see the city of Prague.
