This plaque was made for the commission for children's nutrition, which was responsible for children's well-being. It depicts a mother with her child at a consultation with a doctor. Later, this plaque was reused with the same obverse but different inscriptions on the reverse, namely NWK (Nationaal Werk voor Kinderwelzijn) and ONE (Oeuvre Nationale de l’Enfance).
