Deze plaquette werd gemaakt voor de commissie voor de voeding van kinderen, die instond voor het welzijn van kinderen. Ze stelt een moeder met kind voor, op consultatie bij een dokter. Later werd deze plaquette opnieuw gebruikt met dezelfde voorzijde, maar met ander opschriften op de keerzijde, namelijk NWK (Nationaal Werk voor Kinderwelzijn) en ONE (Oeuvre National de L'Enfance).
